Service Labor Price List (Effective 1 April 2026)

Roof A/C Service    |    $139 per unit    | Recommended annually
Clean evaporative and condenser coils.  Clean and unclog drains.  Check for air leaks.  Check compressor amperage draw.  Inspect motor fans, mounting bolts, and seals.  Clean filters.  Test operation of system.
 
Furnace Service   |   $199   | Recommended annually
Clean the main burner orifice, and combustion chamber.  Clean and adjust electrode assembly, and air flow.  Test module board and clean contacts.  Inspect motor, squirrel cage and exhaust wheel.  Test operation of system.
 
Refrigerator Service – Electric and Propane     |   $129   |   Recommended annually
Check voltage.  Clean and adjust burner and orifice.  Clean roof vent and check baffle.  Inspect all seals.  Check operation of refrigerator fans.
 
Refrigerator Service – 12 volt   |   $99    |   Recommended annually
Remove refrigerator, clean compressor coils, and area behind refrigerator. Check door seals
 
Water Heater Service, with a Tank   |   $109   |    Recommended annually
Flush water tank.  Check condition of anode rod if applicable.  Clean and adjust burner assembly and electrodes.  Test operation of assembly.
 
Water Heater Service, Tankless    |    $199   |   Recommended annually
Flush and descale the heat exchanger to remove mineral buildup.  Clean the inlet water filter. Check the air intake filter.  Check the condensate trap.  Inspect the unit for leaks and venting obstructions. Test operation of assembly.
 
Propane Service   |    $149    |    Recommended annually
Inspect regulators, LP tanks, and all hoses.  Complete line pressure test.  Check for any propane leaks.  Check operation of LP detectors. 
 
Battery Service   |   $40 per battery   |    Recommended monthly
Clean all terminals and connections.  Check and fill battery cells.  Includes both coach and chassis batteries.
 
Fresh Water System Service   |   $99    |    As needed
Pressurize water lines.  Check operation of water pump.  Check all fixtures and lines and tighten where needed.
 
Packing Wheel Bearings     |    $199 for first axle          |   Recommended annually or
                                                   $159 for second axle           or every 12,000 miles
Dismantle, clean, and inspect all components of the hub.  Check for any damage to the bearings.  Check brake assembly.  Repack and reassemble with new seals and fresh grease.
 
Roof Membrane Maintenance    |   Starting at $300    |    Recommended annually
This is a 2-step process.  Clean the roof with cleaning agents especially designed for RV roofs.  Apply UV-blocking treatment to prevent deterioration from the sun.  Inspect all seals. 
 
Aqua Hot Service    |   $349   |   Recommended annually
Remove burner and tube.  Clean out combustion chamber.  Replace fuel injectors and fuel filter.  Realign ignition probes.  Reinstall assembly.  Test operation of system.
 
Winterizing Service    |    $149    |   Recommended annually
Drain water heater and freshwater tank.  Use compressed air to blow out lines.  Add RV antifreeze to p-traps.
 
De-Winterizing Service   |   $50   |   No charge if we did the original winterizing.
Pressure water system and flush out antifreeze.  Check for any water leaks and purge air from system.
 
Sanitizing Fresh Water Tank and Water Lines    |   $129    |   As needed
Drain any existing water from the tank.  Add a bleach solution to the freshwater tank. Using the water pump, open all drains and run water until the chlorine smell is detected.  Let the solution sit for 4 to 6 hours, then drain.  Refill with fresh water, and flush until odor is gone. 
 
Engine Oil Change    |    Diesel $189 every 5,000 to 7,500 miles, or annually
                                          Gas $159 every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, or annually
Please refer to your owner’s manual for the exact schedule recommended for your unit.
 
Generator Oil Change    |     $159    |    Every 100 to 150 hours of operations, or annually
Change oil filter, and air filter, if applicable.  Inspect the exhaust and electrical systems.  Test operation of assembly.

Service Call
For those who live in their RV and are unable to bring it to the shop, we do provide mobile service in the El Paso and surrounding areas.  This is a one-time charge for each work order, no matter how many complaints are involved. 
 
These are Labor Charges for each service.  Parts and materials are charged separately.
